The hotel was absolutely fabulous, even so the views were not so nice, tbh. We received impeccable service from the excellent and efficient staff. The setting was marvellous, so close to the centre of Basel and the main pedestrian area.

The hotel is comfortable modern and has a modern design. The units are brand-new, modern where the bed meets. The location is excellent and wonderful, close to a tram station. Plus, it's in Vorstadte district, close to bars and watching rooms. A nice touch is also the welcome beverages in the roof top bar.

The hotel was incredibly beautiful and lovely and in a very central location. Further, it was just next door to the center of the city at walkable distance to most of the things to see, the train station and the restaurant and the staff...

The room at Art House Basel had a beautiful modern design and was impeccably clean. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, even surprising my girlfriend with a birthday treat. Although there was some noise from outside, the windows were insulating enough to keep it at a minimum. The location was also ideal, just a short walk from the train station and the heart of the city. I highly recommend this hotel for its stylish rooms, excellent service, and convenient location.

liked the room with balcony, my bed was comfortable. location : the hotel was close to restaurants, cafes and shops, multiple tram lines and an xxx shop with objects in the window.

The marvellous and lovely location was feet from a superb fine arts museum. It was located in a nice area next to the center of the city at walkable distance to most of the things to see & do in Basel👍😃

I greatly enjoyed the room with balcony which was very nice. The location turned out to be absolutely perfect, close enough to major museums, and the main shopping area. It also was away from shopping street.

I had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who made me feel right at home. The design of the hotel is simply stunning, with every detail meticulously thought out. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located in the city center, surrounded by numerous restaurants and attractions. Whether I wanted to explore on foot or take public transportation, everything was easily accessible from this hotel.

We got an unexpected upgrade and it was amazing! The room was large and designer with a fantastic Hästens bed. The location was perfect, as it was quite close to the transportation hub and in the center of the town. There were plenty of restaurants and bars around. The hotel facilities were great, including a charging station for E-cars. The staff was very kind and made our trip memorable.
